True innovation in hair design requires a certain level of creativity, vision, style and true passion. Understanding and executing the design goals of each client is a skill that takes years of experience to successfully achieve on a consistent basis. With only six years in the industry, Lead Stylist and Manager of Serenity Salon Lisa is certainly making her mark.
Originally from Hull, Massachusetts, Lisa showed an early passion for hair design and the fashion industry. After attending UMass Amherst, and earning her cosmetology license from Jolie Hair, Lisa began her career as a resident stylist in Springfield, Massachusetts based Salon Chiala. After three years with Salon Chiala, Lisa accepted a role as Lead Stylist and Manager with Serenity Salon based in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Throughout her career, Lisa has established herself as an accomplished designer, colorist, finisher and model coordinator while organizing and managing local fashion shows and various photo shoots throughout Western Massachusetts, Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Boston and London to name a few. Her work has been published in the Local Buzz, Valley Advocate, SU Magazine and and has been featured in the Springfield 22 News segment "Fixin The Frizzies".
Lisa's current goals are aimed towards obtaining her Redken artist certification and continuing her freelance makeup artistry and bridal styling in her free time. Much of Lisa's creative vision is inspired by the beauty of nature, world history and culture. Lisa is a breath of fresh air, offering an approachable, kind hearted, experienced and fun stylistic approach at world class hair design.
